Season Zero began with temporary aliases, topic Circles and a one-month reset idea. We are refining that premise: real connection needs both continuity and a way to leave unwanted exposure behind. This is an editorial design review, not a claim that participant research has proved the model.
Reduce the evidence collected
Moving identity checks to a third party does not remove privacy risk. We need to assess how evidence and identifiers could link someone across services.
Give renewal a purpose
A new alias alone does not stop recognition. Renewal needs choices about history, discovery, contact permissions and relationship continuity.

Verification with less disclosure
Evaluate ways to prove necessary facts without repeated document uploads. Specify the evidence, provider, retention and deletion arrangements before choosing a method.

A space for each relationship
Give friends, work contacts and interest groups separate permissions. Joining one Circle should not open someone’s full life or relationship network.

A reset you can choose
Explore quarterly privacy reviews and optional identity renewal, with immediate changes after harassment. Consider old links, posts and recognition clues, not just a new name.

Accountability across seasons
Preserve blocks and necessary abuse records across resets. Plan reporting, appeals and account recovery alongside privacy controls.

Clear limits.
The current Lab uses ChatGPT sign-in and provisional aliases. Account sign-in is not independent proof of a unique human. Full identity verification, selective credentials, quarterly resets and complete anti-tracking protections are not delivered by this page update.

Aggregate survey responses remain separate from our development conclusions. Early responses are not a representative population study.

Make the boundaries work.
Next we need to validate verification choices, permissions, retention and abuse handling. The survey remains open for feedback; it is not enrolment in a launched Season One.
